I'm an engineer who's spent my career in the gap between technical teams and the humans they serve. CS, Solutions Engineering, Support, TAM — I've built them from scratch, scaled them, and learned what actually works (and what doesn't).

Three verticals isn't a portfolio strategy. It's the honest map of what I'm actually doing: building software that helps people (Scale Yourself), tools that compound with AI (Scale Intelligence), and frameworks for leading teams through the transition (Scale Business).

The Unscared OS thesis isn't abstract. It's the pattern I kept seeing: the people who thrive in the AI era aren't the ones with the best models — they're the ones whose human operating system is solid enough to leverage them.
